Kaiserschmarrn with Vanilla Sauce

Today's lunch roughly translates to Emperor's Mishmash, and it comes from Bavaria. It reminded me of French toast with a few golden raisins baked in, and was served with the increasingly ubiquitous vanilla sauce.
